Noise Generator is a free app to generate different color noises, including brown, pink, white, blue, and violet. To create these noises, first, select the sound color you want to create. Next, adjust the sound frequency using the slider. You can use the low and high cut filters to further customize the frequency. Finally, adjust the volume of the generated noise using the slider. There are no audio files included in the application, which keeps the size of the application to a minimum and the performance of the application to a maximum.
